Best purchase I've made in years. The zero gravity recline combined with the heated massage is pure bliss. Amazing how the chair adapts to different body types.
Bought this for my mom and dad's anniversary. They absolutely love it! The chair looks elegant in their living room and they use it every evening while watching TV. Easy to operate and the massage programs are varied enough to keep it interesting.
Really solid massage chair with excellent build quality. The 3D shiatsu function hits all the right spots and the SL-track follows your spine perfectly. Voice control is a nice touch though it takes some practice. Only wish the armrest massage was slightly stronger.
